Payment Methods

We support a variety of secure payment methods, depending on the customer’s country of residence and the available payment infrastructure at checkout.
Available payment methods may include the following.

Credit Card and Local Payment Methods
Credit card and certain local payment methods are facilitated through licensed third-party payment service providers.
Due to the service coverage limitations of our current payment provider, credit card payments are available only for customers located in specific regions, including Canada, selected South American countries and Vietnam.
For customers outside these supported regions, credit card payment options may not be available at checkout. This limitation is determined entirely by the payment service provider and applicable regional regulations, and is outside the platform’s control.

UnionPay
Available for customers located in China, subject to regional availability.

Sofort / Klarna
Available in selected European countries, including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Cryptocurrency Payments
Available to international customers where supported. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed through external payment gateways and are subject to their respective terms.

Bank Transfer – SEPA
Available for customers located within the European SEPA zone.

International Bank Transfer
Available for customers outside the SEPA zone.

UK Bank Transfers
For customers in the United Kingdom, we strongly recommend using modern banking applications such as Wise or Revolut, which allow near-instant local transfers with minimal fees. Customers may also use their traditional UK online banking systems; however, standard bank transfer fees may apply depending on the bank.

Please note that available payment methods are displayed clearly during the checkout process and may vary based on location, currency, and regulatory requirements.

While we don’t accept direct credit card payments, you can easily use your credit card to top up your Wise account and transfer the payment to us seamlessly. It’s a fast, secure, and convenient way to complete your purchase!

How to Use Your Credit Card via Wise

STEP 1: Log in to your Wise account and go to your balance.
STEP 2: Click “Add” to top up your Wise account.
STEP 3: Enter the amount you’d like to add and select your “Payment Method”.
STEP 4: Choose “Credit Card” or “Debit Card” as your payment method.
STEP 5: Enter your card details and complete the payment.

You can use Wise for your bank transfer.
You can send EUR, GBP, USD or other currencies.

* Open an online local currency bank account within 2 minutes.
* Add balance to your local bank account using Credit Card or Local Bank transfer.
